Terry has over 30 years of real estate experience in development, leasing, property management, sales, operation, tenant relations, and marketing.  Prior to joining Fox Properties, Terry held management positions with WCF Development, Glimcher Realty Trust, The Rouse Company, and Federated Department Stores.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Terry moved to Houston after graduating from Xavier University of Louisiana. He received a degree in marketing with an emphasis in economics and accounting. He and his wife Janice, have two sons.
